Lochore Open Water swimming

I've just entered the 'feldy middle distance and could do with putting in some longer open water swims. Are these sessions open to anyone?

Can't help with lifts I'm afraid as I work in Perth but live in Crieff.

Hi Tony,
Anyone can swim at lochore on a wednesday. You have to be there for the safety briefing at six and swim is from 6.30 to 7.30 with safety cover. cost is £3
