If you're planning coming down to the run session this Thursday, please add your name to the thread. I'd prefer not to travel up from Kinross if no one is coming along.

I've received an email through the website from a girl who would like to attend run sessions for a couple of weeks with the intention of joining the tri club - she said she may attend on Thursday 12th - her name is Niamh.

Are there a few folk heading to the track this week?(19th Aug) I will be there but I shall have my 3 year old for company so I won't be running but she might do a few laps!!

I plan to be there tomorrow night (19th). is Steve going to be there for coaching? i have not ran for a few weeks now, so dreading the drop in my fitness levels.
I am not going to be there the following 2 weeks though as i will be in Stockholm/have visitors.
