Well first week of the twelve weeks leading into NYD tri. This week there will be a run and the swim theory gearing up to NYD with a bike session added next week so if you don't have lights, now would be a good week to go get them. These are sessions that I think will help with NYD, but I am not a coach. I'll try to vary them to make them interesting too.
Perth Tri Sessions
Mon
None
Tues
Perth Road Runners - meet at Bells at 6.30pm - usually around 5-6 miles for slow group and up to 10 miles for faster group. Slow group is currently doing about 9.30mins/mile. Faster group around 7mins/mile.
Wed
Run session - Meet at Healthworks(Norwich Union) at 7pm - Distance 4 miles - pace varied. We will be using the same route every week for the next 12 weeks but will be varying the sessions on it.
Swim Theory - 8pm meeting as above - classroom based session
Swim practical - 9pm as above
Costs for the Swim session are £2 per member and will be collected at the start.

8am Cycle group - meet Tesco's Edinburgh road car park by Cash machines - Route will be approximately 2 hours and hilly.
10am Cycle group - meet at Tescos Edinburgh Road Car park by Cash machines - Route approximately 15 miles - head out to the jubilee car park and follow the road to Balthaick - turn left at the cottage and head up the hill to the T-junction - Turn left again and follow the road all the way to Scone Airport - follow the main road back into town. Please be careful coming through Scone as cars do pull out not expecting you to be doing around 30ish.
Website is just about ready (looks fantastic) and should be up in the next couple of weeks so we should start to get route maps and profiles up then.
As usual if your doing any sessions and want some company just post below.
