Just getting this up too so that you will now have reasonable notice of what is planned.

Perth Tri Sessions
Mon
Cycle - meet 6.30pm at Edinburgh Road Tescos - Session will be 45 mins to an hour and will stay in street lit areas and cover a tour of a couple of the hills I intend to start the NYD hill training on.
Tues
Perth Road Runners - meet at Bells at 6.30pm - usually around 5-6 miles for slow group and up to 10 miles for faster group. Slow group is currently doing about 9.30mins/mile. Faster group around 7mins/mile.
Wed
Run session - Meet at Healthworks(Norwich Union) at 7pm - Distance 4 miles - 10 mins warm up/mixed speed work for 20 mins/ 10 mins coold down. - We will be using the same route every week for the next 12 weeks but will be varying the sessions on it.
Swim Theory - 8pm meeting as above - classroom based session
Swim practical - 9pm meeting as above
Costs for the Swim/theory session are £2 per member and will be collected at the start.

Run - meet at Bells 6.00pm - twice round Inch - Details to follow
Sun
8am Cycle group - meet Tesco's Edinburgh road car park by Cash machines - Route will be approximately 3 hours out to Dunning via Path of Condie - Auctherarder - Crieff and back in the back road to Perth.
10am Cycle group - meet at Tescos Edinburgh Road Car park by Cash machines - Route approximately 22 miles - map and directions to follow. Essentaily head up to balbeggie, turn right towards Rait before you reach Balbeggie and then back towards Pitrodie and Balthayock then home

Website is just about ready (looks fantastic) and should be up in the next couple of weeks so we should start to get route maps and profiles up then.
