Kinnoull hill Training

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone knows what the routes around kinnoull hill/deuchny woods are like for off road biking. I was looking to get hill-fit but I am not a confident enough off-roader for doing technical sections on my own and I cant seem to find any maps of the area (apart from Google of course!) on the internet.

I was also hoping to start running in that area to get my hill-running up to scratch in preparation for Stirling!

I train up their a fair bit. I think from jubilee car park up and around deuchny wood would be a good place to start. Its not to technical or steep and has a good wide track. Ideal for running and MTB.
