I've just phoned the track, and it has iced up, so let's meet in front of the Bells Sports Centre and use the North Inch.

I went to track after checking forum at 5pm. 2 of us there but no word about the inch.

Sorry Andy, I couldn't phone the track until 6:00. I don't get home from work until then. Who else turned up?
The track seems to ice up whenever the temperature drops below about 3C, so I guess we establish a routine of posting a go/no go on the forum at 6:00.

Following the confusion of last week, and the weather forecast for this Thursday, I don't think we will even attempt to use the track.
Let's go for a hill rep session meeting at the cash machines at the Edinburgh Rd Tesco at 6:00.
This session will be tailored to suit ALL who come along. Do not worry if your conditioning is less than you would like it to be, or even if you are super-fit, I will make this session challenging but achievable for everyone.
Please reply if you are coming.

Sorry guys, should have posted this earlier.
Running tonight might be a bit dodgy, but anyone willing to risk it, meet at 6:00pm at the Edinburgh Rd Tesco cash machines for a hill rep session.
If it's too slippy then we'll revert to the South Inch and do a sprint sesh on the fitba' pitches.

Im up for a run session, if there are others interested. As im coming through from dundee, i will check the forum before leaving work, and if there is no-one else interested i will do a run from work!
