I'm planning on incorporating a 750m/400m time trial into Monday's swim session, and there are a couple of things I'll need help with.
1. Could everyone bring as many different coloured swim caps as they have. Don't worry if you have none, If some people bring a couple we should have plenty.
2. I'll need a couple of non-swimming volunteers to help count lengths.
This should be a good benchmark for everyone to judge or baseline their progress, and useful as an indicator for entering estimated times on race entries.
Cheers Steve

Happy to volunteer to count lengths. Hopefully I'll do a better job counting lengths than I do counting miles on the bike!

Count me in as one of your helpers, if needed.

I'll be there, and happy to swim or count if you need me. Don't think my training efforts this year merit a TT, probably just depress me. Greig
