I've not done East Fife before and am planning to cycle the route this Sat morning to see what like. I think it's different from previous years. Might even do a lap of the run seeing I'm there. It'll not be a fast cycle as I'm saving myself for the pain induced by the Big Man and his accomplice Dek on Sunday. I'll be at the sports centre at 10am. The forecast is good so no excuse.
