Swim session yesterday was as follows. Well Done all for keep a good pace throughout.
Warm Up. 4 x ( 25m Left Arm only, 25m Right Arm only, 50m Breast Stroke )
Main Set. 5 x ( 50m Pull, 50m Kick, 50m Pull then 15 sec's rest. Then 300m swim @ race pace then 10 sec's rest.
2,250 m in total.
