I'll be going to lochore on wed. If I could thumb a lift with some one that would be great? ? Other wise I'm going to be concentrating on the bike for the next 2 weeks. I really need to be doing at least a couple of 2hr 40-50k rides a week! As I train in the mornings this means a 6am start. I'll be doing Alec's number 7 route backwards from the tractor garage tommorrow if anyone fancies it? Andy

I plan to check out the Aberfeldy Middle Distance bike route this Sunday (13th) if anyone fancies joining me?
I did the Knockburn Standard last weekend. Great event - check out the link to the photos on the triathlon scotland website!

My plan for this week with distance and pacing notes:
Mon - Rest Tue - 1 hour run - 6.5 miles in Dundee. Wed - Lochore hopefully, but unsure this week - 4 laps with 2 stops inbetween. Thur - 1hr30 cycle - 30 miles around Dundee @19:00. Fri - 4.6 mile run (2 full figure 8s) with speedwork in middle - Monikie @18:00 Sat - Catch up with Perth Tri guys as its been a while. 30 - 50 miles. Sun - another 30 - 50 miler if anyone is interested.
I start a job on the wrong side of Glasgow tomorrow so my training plan might be out the window already. Hopefully I can stick to it, but depends if I get bored of the travelling (very likely).

Anybody fancy a cycle on Sunday morning? Thinking of heading out to do the Perth - Wormit - Dundee - Errol - Perth route, leaving at 09:00'ish from Tescos on the Edinburgh Road.
If you are up for it then leave me a note on the Forum.
Cheers, Alec.

Welcome Home - hope the hols were great. So you and Elaine are trying to tell us you didn't sneak a wee cycle, swim or taining run in!!! Don't believe that ;D
Ken - any thoughts on another cycling get together or a meeting. There have been a couple of people in contact - potential new members - and it would be good to have them come along to something.

Ken.
Are we still on for 3 laps of your IM circuit on Sunday? If so, at what time and where are we meeting?
Cheers,
Alec.

Just a little update. I have been offered a position in the middle east and look to move out sometime in September once I return from honeymoon.
My plan is to spend a minimum of 2 years then decide whether to return to the UK or not.
Thanks for the training.
I really have enjoyed it.
