I'm in for Sat. Not sure on Sunday depends on kids taxi requirements and what you consider "steady" to be on Sat.

Sorry, another weekend I can't get out but wish I was.
Please be aware A823 is closed between Gleneagles and Glendevon tonight due to snow. Be careful if you are down that way
Hope to be back out soon,
Cam

Haven't decided on what to do yet. Keeping an eye on the weather. After last Sunday I'm not sure if I can stand a fourth week of cycling in sub-zero snowy weather. Might opt for a trail run round Kinoull Hill on Saturday and a longer road run on Sunday, with a few turbo sessions thrown in for good measure. Tune in tomorrow to find out.
Cheers, Alec.

This weekend I'm planning on something less intense.
SATURDAY - Staying in bed as the weather looks awful.
SUNDAY - Meet at 10:00 at the South Inch. The route is as follows: Perth - Stormontfield - Meikleour - Caputh - Dunkeld - Bankfoot - Little Glen Shee - Moneydie - Redgorton - Pitcairngreen - Perth. I'd guess 50'ish miles. No major hills, just nice rolling roads.
Use your own judgement when it comes to the weather conditions. If its not looking good then I'll be staying in bed again.
Are you IN or OUT?
Cheers, Alec.

Weather not looking good so I've decided early doors to stay in bed tomorrow. If you decide to go out stay safe don't take any unnecessary risks.
Cheers, Alec.

Only the four of us this morning, completed the route suggested by the big man ;D, or at least most of it not entirely sure about the Little Glen Shee part. On arrival at the crossroads at Moneydie those riders not in the fat and unfit bracket (which was everyone except me) decided to complete an extra loop via Buchanty. While I soldiered on back to Perth. Thoroughly enjoyable ride, despite the strong winds. Deano

Just about to head out for a few beers after work, before I go here's the plan for this weekend.
SATURDAY: Out with the 'Saturday Morning Crew' meeting at the tractor garage at West Huntingtower at 08:00. 65 mile route taking in Crieff, Comrie, the Langside, Braco, Auchterarder, Dunning, Bridge of Earn and the Rhynd.
SUNDAY: South Inch at 10:00 for a trip down to Dundee and back. Down through Fife and home via the Carse of Gowrie. A great route with a tough little finish.
Are you IN or OUT?
Cheers, Alec.

Sunday mornings ride this week is as follows:
Perth - Pitcairngreen - Methven - Glenalmond - Buchanty - Amulree - Dunkeld - Caputh - Murthly - Bankfoot - Pitcairgreen.
Nice scenic route, not too many hills, some really fast bits. All and all approx 55 - 60 miles of fun.
10:00 at the South Inch car park. Are you IN or OUT?
Cheers, Alec.
