I'm out of action this weekend due to family commitments (i.e. chief taxi driver).
Graeme's route looks a good one for Sunday. Its always good to know the route before you start. Last year a few signs were lost on the black route and a huge number of people went the wrong way.
I'll be back next weekend. Stay safe if you venture out.
Cheers, Alec.

I'm out as well - East Fife, on what looks like being a warmer but blustery Sunday - almost the weather for shorts?? Barclay.

Good luck for Sunday Barclay, and any other Perth Tri'er doing East Fife. Should be a blast.

Am out. Heading down to East Fife Triathlon to do the good coach thing and support my club mates and my rookie athletes. See you all next week.

This weekend I'm planning the following:
SATURDAY - Going out with the "Saturday Morning Crew". They are planning a frightening 60 mile route that includes virtually every climb between Dunning and Glenfarg. I'm only planning to do some of it. They are meeting at 08:00 outside Tesco on the Edinburgh Road. It won't be 'eye balls out' pace, just nice and steady. Plenty of options to cut it short if you can't make the whole route.
SUNDAY - Need to be home at 12:00 so can't make it out at 10:00. Heading out at 08:00 instead to cycle the Kinross Sportive Red route, approx 60 miles at a nice steady pace (honest). Meeting at the Cherrybank Inn (top end of the Glasgow Road) car park at 08:00.
Are you IN or OUT?
Cheers, Alec.
